We're looking for a number of people to join the team, including Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants.

We are experts in Talent Hunting, Cyber Sleuthing, Company Profiling and Recruitment Branding, and are respected by customers as a company they rely to do the most important thing any business does - find and hire top talent.

All of our Consultants are given the chance and the tools to develop into genuine industry specialists across a specific high-growth technology industry sector. We moved away from the outdated high-volume telesales approach undertaken by the majority of our competitors and are renowned for offering an all-ecompassing approach to Recruitment which goes far beyond merely putting adverts on jobsites and forwarding CVs - take a look at some of our referrals on the right for further evidence of this.

We're specifically looking for a number of graudate-calibre trainees, who - as a result of our industry-leading training and development programme - will be developed into the latest industry specialists in advanced technological verticals including Mobile Technology, Games, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Content Management, IT Security, Articifical Intelligence, Biometrics and Technology Consulting.

We're also interested in hearing from experienced Recruitment Consultants, who want to move away from outdated practices and work for a company who take pride in the calibre of companies and candidates we work for and be part of Idealpeople's growing reputation as true technology Recruitment and Staffing specialists.
